Since COVID-19, people have had to work out at home in place of their gyms. I am a fitness fanatic myself and a member at Pure Barre, and exercising at home has been a part of my quarantine routine and form of self-care. I created a series of posters as a personal project to encourage the public to exercise at home for their physical and mental health. Even though some facilities are reopening soon, I want to spread the message that by sweating and staying fit inside, we can flatten the curve and save lives.
